Incentive and payment rules for the clinical research development unit of Tabriz Valiasr Hospital 

1- Scientific research article payment for the first and responsible author is 300000 Tomans and for other authors  is 150000 tomans

2- Scopus article without Q payment for the first and responsible author is 500000 Tomans and for other authors is 250000 Tomans

3- PubMed article payment for the first and responsible author is 500000Tomans and for other authors is 250000 Tomans

4- ISI articles payment without impact, Web of Science: Emerging Sources Citation, without Q, for the first and responsible author is 1 million Tomans and for other authors is 500000 Tomans

5- ISI, SCOPUS articles payment with Q, for the first and responsible author is 2 million Tomans and for other authors is 1 million Tomans

6- ISI and SCOPUS, PUBMED articles with Q3, for the first and responsible author is 3 million Tomans and for other authors is 1 million and 500000 Tomans

7- ISI and SCOPUS, PUBMED articles with Q2 (Impact 1 to 2), for the first and responsible author is 4 million Tomans and other authors is 2 million Tomans

8- ISI and SCOPUS, PUBMED articles with Q2 (Impact 2 to 3), for the first and responsible author is 5 million Tomans and for other authors is 2 million and 500000 Tomans

9- ISI and SCOPUS, PUBMED articles with Q2 (impact 3 to 4), for the first and responsible author is 6 million Tomans and for other authors is 3 million Tomans

10- ISI and SCOPUS, PUBMED articles with Q2 (impact above 4), for the first and responsible author is 7 million Tomans and for other authors is 3 million and 500000 Tomans

11- ISI and SCOPUS, PUBMED articles with Q1 (Impact 2 to 4), for the first and responsible author is 8 million Tomans and for other authors is 4 million Tomans

12- ISI and SCOPUS, PUBMED articles with Q1 (impact above 4 provided the magazine has a high SNIP index), for the first and responsible author is 10 million Tomans and for other authors is 5 million Tomans

note 1:

1- In all articles, in addition to affiliation, the name of the research development unit should be mentioned in the acknowledgment section according to the format below, otherwise the article will not be paid without acknowledgment and thanks from the clinical research development unit.

We would like to thank the Clinical Research  Development Unit of Tabriz Valiasr Hospital, Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Tabriz, Iran for their assistance in this research.

Note 2:

An impact factor of 1.2 is given to the published articles due to international cooperation with the Clinical Research Development Unit of Tabriz Valiasr Hospital, including the affiliations of centers outside of Iran, with the discretion of the center and the central council of the unit.

Note 3:

An impact factor of 1.3 is given to the published articles of Central Council members of the Clinical Research Development Unit of Valiasr Hospital.

Note 4:

The payment will be reduced by half for the published articles with Two affiliations.

The rules for research projects of the Clinical Research Development Unit of Tabriz Valiasr Hospital: 

Research projects have been approved and supported financially by the Research Development Unit up to 20 million Tomans, are committed to publishing an article indexed in ISI and SCOPUS (Q2 to Q3) and a review article indexed in ISI or PUBMED or SCOPUS.  

According to the rules, people who publish articles from the research proposal more than their commitment will receive incentives for the third article.

Research projects approved by the Research Development Unit, which have received funding up to 15 million Tomans, are committed to publishing an article indexed in ISI and SCOPUS (Q2 to Q3).

According to the rules, people who publish articles from the research proposal more than their commitment will receive incentives for the second article.

Research projects approved by the Research Development Unit, which have received funding of up to 30 million Tomans, are committed to publishing two articles indexed in ISI and SCOPUS (Q1 to Q2).

According to the rules, people who publish articles from the research proposal more than their commitment will receive incentives for the third article.

In the research projects approved by the research development unit, 30 million to 50 million tomans of funds are allocated to people whose H INDEX is above 15 and who have previously published at least three articles with the affiliation of the clinical research development unit. These people are committed to publishing two articles indexed in SCOPUS (a review article or an ORIGINAL article), and incentives will not be paid for these articles.

According to the rules, people who publish articles from the research proposal more than their commitment will receive incentives for the fourth article.

Research projects that lead to patent inventions and, if the hospital participates in it, will receive 30 million Tomans.
