Publications and magazines are generally divided into domestic and foreign magazines. Domestic journals are journals published by domestic universities or research centers of the country. These domestic publications are classified based on the approval of two ministries of science and health. If a student publishes an article in a magazine outside the list of the Ministry of Health, it will not be approved. Foreign journals are journals that are published in countries other than Iran and are indexed in one of ISI, ISC, SCOPUS, PUBMED databases. These magazines have different privileges. The publication of articles in foreign magazines with these titles should be done according to the list of Iranian ministers. The main condition for the validity of foreign publications and magazines is not to be on the list of invalid publications (blacklist) of the Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Health.
